ABOUT THE ARTIST
Everyone has a camera, and everyone takes
pictures. So what separates a great shot from an average one?
From observation, it isn't the money spent on camera gear, or time in
classroom. I've come to believe it happens when the person behind
the camera contributes their own emotional involvement, in effect
processing the scene through themselves just as an artist working in
oil paints does from eye to hand.
Thus, everything that contributes to the identity of the artist in a
meaningful way can be seen in the images themselves.
